Invest in Lombardy, in collaboration with its partner Orrick, organized a free webinar titled “Debt restructuring proceedings in Italy” at 10.00 am (CET) on Wednesday, May 14^th.

In this webinar the speakers addressed Italian restructuring proceedings and how the recent reforms of the Italian bankruptcy law have made such proceedings more debtor’s friendly and have opened to the market of the investments in distressed assets. Relevant case studies was illustrated.
